I have over 25 yrs experience in personal injury, and clinical negligence ligation from low value to £1m + catastrophic injury claims. I have worked as a consultant previously for other firms since 2004, and have run my own High Street firm since 2006. I also deal with professional negligence and contentious probate claims. Prior to self-employment I worked as part of a team of lawyers in a number of group litigation claims MMR Vaccine, DPT Vaccine, Gulf War Syndrome, LSD Group Action.
Notable non-personal injury and clinical negligence cases include litigating against the SRA in the High Court where I was successful in overturning the SRA’s decision to bar my client from qualifying as a solicitor. He had previously served 20 years + for murder in Grenada. I have also had experience in litigating before the Lands Tribunal.
