She balances her successful professional life with a fulfilling personal life, being married to Ben Middleton and a proud mother to three children: Lola, 17; Simone, 12; and Reuben, 8.



Elizabeth was officially admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 2004, and she has consistently updated her knowledge and qualifications since then to remain at the forefront of her field.


Employment History

After earning her qualifications, Elizabeth began her career in 2004 at a reputable law firm where she honed her skills in Wills and Probate law. Moving on to another firm, she further expanded her competencies, adding Equity Release to her areas of expertise.


Since 2015, Elizabeth has been in her present role, where she continues to build a practice characterised by meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and client-centered service.



Elizabeth graduated with an upper-second-class degree (2:1) in LLB Law. She completed her Legal Practice Course in 2001 at Guildford Law School. Her commitment to professional excellence is further demonstrated by her acquisition of two advanced STEP Certificates specialising in Will Preparation and Estate Administration.



A standout moment in Elizabeth’s career was her involvement in tax planning for a client with a £2 million estate. Through her proactive and strategic approach, she was able to save her client a significant amount in inheritance tax, a benefit the client was previously unaware of. Her expertise not only enhances her clients’ financial legacies but also brings them peace of mind.
