What’s your background?

I worked at an international firm in the City of London. I was a partner at a commercial law firm and I was in-house at one of the largest commercial property owners in Europe.

I became a consultant because my wife is a diplomat and we live in Austria. 360 Law allows me to continue providing a seamless, top-quality service to my clients.

What areas of law do you specialise in and why?

Commercial Property, including landlord and tenant, finance and corporate support.

Commercial Property law requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, project management and negotiation.

Career highlights

I recently persuaded a landlord to give my clients (a start-up) a seven-year lease rather than a 2-year lease. My client was investing a lot into a specialised fit-out, so the extra time gave them security for their investment as well as the ability to sell the business if they choose.

I was also lead counsel on the sale side of two of the largest ever property deals in Central Eastern Europe.
