Johannes has substantial contentious experience in both County Court and High Court proceedings.

His work has included contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, claims involving breaches of fiduciary duties, derivative claims, professional negligence, confidentiality and misuse of confidential information, possession and eviction claims, debt recovery, company restorations and financial investigations. He also has experience with alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations. A particular area of his practice is financial services disputes and complaints.

He has assisted clients with Financial Ombudsman Service complaints and Financial Services Compensation Scheme applications, including cases concerning mortgage mis-selling, negligent financial and investment advice, pensions and insurance disputes.
