Carol was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990 and has over 25 years post qualification experience in private practice and in-house. Carol is a company commercial solicitor. Carol has extensive experience of alternative investment schemes working in private practice and in-house. Carol has also worked on the business side leading teams that provide administration to alternative investment funds.   • Overseeing the transfer of the assets of several banks located in a number of jurisdictions as part of a global acquisition.
  • Working with the authorities in Shanghai on a pilot program (QDLP) to allow foreign asset managers to raise funds in China.
  • Co-founding a law firm in the UK to provide high quality legal services.
