Kevin appeared as lead advocate for British Midland before the EU Court of First Instances in the first Article 177 Challenge in European State Aids in the Aviation industry. Kevin also appeared as junior counsel (solicitor-advocate) in the Commercial Court in week’s trial of claim regarding the sale & leaseback of a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft to a European Flag Carrier.
