Chris is an experienced commercial property solicitor with broad experience. Chris advises on all types of property transactions, acting for property investors, developers, owners, and occupiers, purchasing and selling commercial and residential freehold and leasehold properties. Chris is also a qualified notary public and acts for both business and individual clients.

Chris has worked at a long-established Bristol commercial firm as a commercial property solicitor. He has also worked for a regional firm based in South Wales and more recently, a consultant solicitor at a London-based commercial firm.
–  All aspects of non-contentious commercial landlord and tenant, regularly acting for either landlords or tenants with transactions involving leases, agreements for lease, often when properties require full refurbishment and completion is conditional on planning.
