Where are you from & where are you qualified?
I am based in Fareham, Hampshire, but I deal with cases from all over the UK. I am qualified in England and Wales.
When did you qualify as a lawyer and why?
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2013.
What's your background?
I come from a construction background. I studied Construction at college, then went on to become Architectural Technician where I prepared town planning and Building Reg drawings. I changed careers and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. I also obtained an LLM in Construction Law and Practice in 2015. I have worked in both legal aid and private practice.
What areas of law do you specialise in?
- Residential Landlord and Tenant – acting for both tenants and landlords including possession proceedings, disrepair claims, injunctions and unlawful evictions.
- Defective claims for new builds including part buy and part rent properties.
- Property litigation.
- Debt recovery and enforcement.
